A global approach to the Suzuki Method

Together with their parents, my students gain a strong foundation in musicianship skills such as active listening, pitch matching, singing, feeling a beat, reading notes, and improvising. The Suzuki Method provides a framework for learning step by step. The Music Mind Games curriculum allows us to enhance music reading skills through play. My background as an ethnomusicologist brings an awareness of the many ways music can bring joy to our lives.
