Various events have conspired to make me skip my stretching routine for the past couple of days. Normally I do some yoga and work with a fitness ball for about 20 minutes before practicing. Skipping that has not been feeling good for my tendons.
In Vivaldi land, I am focusing on transitions. Once I get into a passage it's easy enough; starting the right section takes brain power.
Based on several recordings, I believe my tempo goal is quarter = 100.
